Thats probably the case tbh, R5 is more applicable to in game performance. Sure being GM smoothbot or something is cool but it doesnt account for recoil, your own movement, other in game factors

When aiming, I found I tense my forearm and thats not a good thing to do, in order to swipe and arm aim. Vs relaxing my arm and doing fluid motions. What's causing my aim to jitter in a way, literally. Any ideas on how I can go about fixing this? Could it be the size of my mouse being to small and grip and tension? Or.. I don't remember this issue on the gpx, maybe the opposite because it was to big, just curious

Apex isn't timing based. it's just raw imput and positioning so although mechanically complicated, it's really easy to do well in because it doesn't require as much understanding of the games playstyle, util etc. you can just have aim and basic movement and profit while with other "pro" games it takes reps and studying to understand the intricacies of the game to win.

don't get me wrong, aim assist is powerful but most people treat it like it's hacks. It's not. Each input has it's advantages and aim assist is one of the necessary implications of playing on controller. I personally don't play with aim assist because i don't like the way it feels and a lot of the time it just feels restrictive and i enjoy the freedom that mnk gives me.
also i will say in the case of playing on pc controller does have a more noticeable advantage but in the context of console players, most people play on TV's which is a massive nerf and along with that have low fps large distance away from screen and wireless controllers, it feels like your trying to play valorant with donkey kong drums(slightly excessive example but you get my point)
