also weapons are a topic many people like to complain about, keep in mind that it all depends on the host, we can't change things remotely and there is no central control panel to change things. Best thing would be to suggest weapon combos like R301 with level 2 barel, level 2 mag, level 2 stock, with the bruiser score and a peacekeeper with level 3 bolt

Unfortunately, we can't please everyone. the 1v1 EU loadouts are well balanced. btw we had the same config as karma but people where complaining more.

I think that looting is one of the single biggest changes players can make to get better at this game, and it sounds like changes are moving away from that towards better aim and movement and utility usage
Not sure how I feel about util usage, if I wanted to focus on that, I'd go play val or ow, but I'm definitely liking a shift towards aim and movement

Id say if you placed bronze in the AimBeast ranked benches you probably have some issues with core aim mechanics, stuff like speed matching and target reading.
Id say try doing the easy Ranked modes and focus on exactly what the scen is requiring of you. E.g smooth continuous movements for some tracking scens.
Maybe search the workshop for slowed down or larger versions of the Ranked scenarios and play those with the intention of being smooth
