It happens, when i first took the benchmarks i was also diamond on apex but got mostly iron through to silver ranks, after a day i was gold complete

Just a case of getting used to the benchmarks themselves and what skills they are demanding of you

once you work that out you will be fine

Typically yes, but if you are running the benches for the first time id recommend running them each a few times / as many times as you want to start with just to find where you actually settle in

choose one scenario in kovaaks, and repeat it again and again, you will see that your score will increase remarkably, kovaaks is about repeating the scenarios and learning how to play them, like learning how to play apex legends

if you will do kovaaks to get better in apex, go play apex directly, if you wanna increase your mouse control overall, then you can do kovaaks

r5 is easily the best tool for Direct Apex improvement. As its Reps per Time spent is really high. But its directly tied to apex

kvk, aimbeast, aimlabs allow for really high Reps per Time spent but they are all more mouse control based, Which isnt a bad thing

Quite literally that, mouse control. The control and precision in which you can move your mouse to a target, or track a target. Aim feel, Aim confidence etc

Take a beginner doing 1w5t for example, they will probably either move really slow to each target to make sure they are accurate but leaving them with a low score, or they will flick super fast, tense up and jitter to over compensate

good mouse control can be applied to any game which is why aimtraining is as useful as it is

the things it teaches you are basically universal. you just have to apply them to whatever game you are playing
