my warmup routine (aim trainer) is like 10 mins at most
i just run through reactive benches and like a couple smoothbot runs
jumbo tile frenzy (insane) for just warming up my hand in terms of speed
then the rest of my warmup is in the firing rangw
octane pad the dummies to practice vertical tracking
and regular ground dummies on random strafe

Dots seem to be the best. You get a good glide, and you get a ton of dots per package. I've been using xraypad obsidian dots.

instead of only forward
so you can stack lurches in all 4 directions instead of - just forward
it's harder and gives a worse result than just lurchstarfing normally
but if u are like the best player ever and can lurch perfectly then it's better than roller configs
