I know Nocturnal has an apex specific aim training routine from dragon (xset's aim coach). Though, I think he uses it for maintenance at this point. Noc was grinding over a year ago if I remember.
he has underrated smooth aim compared to other pros

it's hard to grow your aiming skills within a single ALGS split with only a half hour though.
