Nah man you got it backwards. What @frail kiln said was correct. Dramamine and diphenhydramine are 1st generation antihistamines that are used OTC for motion sickness because they have anticholinergic effects. Allegra (fexofenadine) is a second generation that would not be effective for motion sickness. Allegra would be the one that would be better used for hay fever because its one of the least sedating antihistamines
