r5 1v1s genuinely improved my aim alot

ur just sitting there tracking movement nerds, after like maybe 2-3 days of playing you will get a great sense of how enemies move and your aim will improve along with it

Basic movement gets you far on its own. The crackhead movement like lemonhead only works to an extent, thats why you never see him play ranked as he would get beamed by players with better aim

in pubs its fine as everyone has brainrot

Not that i would recommend doing it now because its clear you need to focus on aim. But when you want to practice that. Hot drop and dont pick up a gun. Just see how long you can run around in the middle of fights and survive with just movement

then start incorporating fighting back

Nerf strafes, make white armour more common, buff the shit out of CR, add more consistent damage in most other weapon pools. Do everything you can to make the TTK lower on average so when they "nerf" AA finally it won't do anything in the grand scheme of things since you'll be easier to hit and die faster anyway.

Ranked will always be too early to say day one. Usually takes a good week or two to really see how it works out. From what I see people can still ultimately rat and gain, they just will take a lot longer to climb.

Those irons remind me of old WW2 games with the M1A1 Thompson sights, but yeah they definitely hurt peripheral a little bit. It's super narrow in width but it adds a lot of vertical height. I don't think it'll necessarily hinder tracking your intended target though because the middle is clean enough.
