You would probably be better off asking in the R5 discord. However when i get issues with it i just redownload Depot and overwrite the current files with the new depot

If it still doesnt work after that you have probably changed a file outside of what Depot replaces at which point it would probably be easier to redownload the season 3 build and start from scratch
