hello. i have 2060 super and 144 hz monitor. apex fps locked at 144 and it usually doesnt get lower. but ingame i feel like my picture rips. its like frame rate not 144 but even when fps is constantly 144. i play on 2k (2560x1440). when i switch on 4:3 (1920x1440) it feels better but i wanna play 16:9 btw. i know about rivatuner and its scanline sync. but for fps shooter its the same with vertical sync so its bad, right? is it possible to get rid of this issue? thanks. p.s. i've already disabled fullscreen optimizations via registry (flags 11) on r5apex
