if u wanna get good at apex sadly u have to play apex use the aim trainer as a warm up for your shot for like idk a half an hour before u play? idk how ever long u need to warm up without tensing your arms to the point u cant play right anyway from fatigue what not

but yeah work on not standing still while shooting. moving makes the recoil go away bc aim smoothing
