What i did for like months when i played it was keep my wrist relaxed (and stable) also dont tense up ur arm. And for directional changes it slows down so if you notice ur self flicking try to ( treat it like controlsphere) or and you just have to match the speed of the bot (just play it alot and u will figure it out) you just focus on the bot movement. Idk and this is just me personally dont focus too much on like what u have to do with ur arm/wrist (like the motion itself) . Also i spammed tf outa of out like when i did it it was for like 10 mins on average like at least 5 times a week.
