Apparently apex doesn't do fullscreen exclusive correctly, so if stutters are a result of that, this regedit will fix it. Otherwise,
Looks like there's some issue with interrupt affinity for Apex. I set my GPU, Mouse, and Keyboard affinities to different cores, and removed apex from core 0(which windows uses a ton for interrupts) and it completely removed all my stutters
affinities for those devices can be changed with Interrupt Affinity Policy Tool from MS. For software, process lasso works best. I have all my games set to cores 4-10, and windows 1-3. For your hardware you want GPU, Mouse, and Keyboard on different CPU affinity cores, and not core 0

Watching HisWattson and he said that playing OW ranked with hitscan (Ashe, Mcree, Soldier) is better than Kovaaks for aim training because in Kovaaks when you miss you dont care. Said if youre a noob than Kovaaks might be better for fundamentals tho
OW was one of the first games I played on KBM and I would say its one of the hardest for aiming but there were a lot of times where you're just shooting shields and whatnot. Kovaaks is isolated scenarios. But I get what he's getting at
