I like practicing movement in the vaxta custom game mode in ow2. Tracking while ad spamming vs easy strafe bots, then harder bots. Anti mirroring all bot levels, etc.
I've noticed that even in gm, hitscans have a hard time tracking ad spam so they try to move very slow, so by practicing ad spam on easy bots I'm able to both have better movement and punish their lack of ability
I also try to move similar to the plaza bots that are annoying to hit in kvks
