Yeah, you really want to be smooth since it helps not only with your tracking itself but also how it assists the readability of your target. If you're constantly flicking back and forth onto the bot when it changes direction you'll mess with your ability to see your target, and throw your aim if it happens to do another short strafe.

When I would tense up in a scenario I'd reset, do a quick bit of progressive muscle relaxation (tense everything up and then release) and focus entirely on breathing instead of score. Easiest way to feel any changes in tension.

I think if u wanna really improve in 1v1s just play the game or firinge. I feel so strange r5 from apex for example the Wingman is strange or just the hit, so if u will get used to playing r5 u will find more difficult to play in apex
