simply strafe aim dynamic won't be all of it either

wingman's recoil animation makes you lose your crosshair

so you need to learn to aim without it

and learn where the centre is

Im not super qualified with apex or aim training so take what I say with a grain of salt but usually VODs help with analyzing decisional mistakes. Things oriented around aim and mechanics can be trained by themselves and dont get a lot of benefit from vod review
