At this point you dont need wallbouncing or superglides.
Watch high level players and try to copy how they play.
If you want to improve your fighting and mechanics just grind out mixtape.

Recoil smoothing is really the trick, though. That's more important to learn than recoil control in apex. Most of your important fights are cqc when recoil smoothing comes into play, and if you focus on that you'll dramatically improve your tracking, since you are forcing smooth tracking. It's just all around much more useful to focus on than practicing recoil. You can also use recoil smoothing at further distances by just strafing as you shoot, and can extend that even further if you are octane or using an SMG.

I don't remember tbh it was a while back. It was probably AHK though, I use that for most macros. It's the best way to learn techniques, macro it until it works 100%, then you know the exact timings and order of key presses and can practice it like that, instead of having to guess.

Apex is an extremely easy game to aim in, but the visual clutter is horrible. You get hit in the head first and your permission to play the game is forcibly taken from you like a child from its mother

Things like wattson fence, Bangalore ult, arc stars, valk tactical, Maggie ult, etc make this game one of the worst aiming experiences of any game
All of those are equalizers that will make the best player lose to anyone because they are completely unavoidable in many situations
