This is unironically good advice, most players you are fighting in apex are controller players

strafing is different in apex because you have to consider aim assist

This is a decent strafe guide, though, for general strafing. Against controller players doing long strafes with an occasional counterstrafe is better, but tbh no matter what you do you'll get wrecked if you aren't playing cover

for other advanced techs you'll have to kinda just search them by name. Tap strafing, superglide, wallbouncing, momentum redirecting are probably the only techs that really matter. You can do some zipline stuff too but they're highly situational and frankly a waste of time to learn unless all you do is hot drop in streamer building

ras/neo strafing are maybe good situationally, but tbh controller players won't even notice you doing them so I wouldn't waste too much time learning them.

Anybody has some tips and tricks that can help me properly adjust my sensitivity in-game for each scope. I am struggling a little bit to get my sweet spot.

I want to have the right balance between fast movements and precise aiming.

I tend to overshoot when I play with a high sens, but to feel cornered when I play with a low sens.

I feel like the ergonomy is off with my desk too. I cannot aim if my elbow is not on the desk, but with my dad bod XD or when moving up and down, it's a bit hard lol

And finally, I stress a lot and this messes up my aim a lot, specially against strafing target and when playing mid to long range.

That's part of the reason reactivity and smoothness is super important in Apex. If you're surprised by an opponent and you tense up, you'll have a hard time.
