you have to edit config_default_pc.cfg in apex legends directory
basically it's the config that's get ran when you do "Reset keybinds to default" in apex legends controls settings
might get you banned though
so do it at your own risk
just make sure to add your current settings to the config so you don't wipe them

They can dramatically improve it by reducing a few of the visual effects that occur when shooting, I gave them a whole document with a ton of suggestions on how to implement it in a way that doesn't hurt the games visuals but makes targets more visible
