Realistically if you have it uncharged it should start with the same ttk as the r301 though and Rev up to have a faster overall ttk a little faster then the flatline. It only seems mega busted because how many people are using it and because it is busted so everyone using it makes it seem worse then it is. Also it's a must need in tdm but tdm shouldn't dictate balance changes
