Everything up to D3 is pretty free but after D3 you gotta use brain I felt a big improvement from D3 to D2 it’s just diamonds and masters couple preds too

Smoothing works if you track smoothly without making any micro stops, so i would practice in kovaaks on high sens on controlsphere
For tracking ras strafes play reactive scenarios, but dont do too many schizo scenarios
Also ras strafes are kinda cheese, so you sorta want to predict them, cause people tend to use a config for them and it does the same pattern over and over
