I find it most helpful to have a big sensitivity range to play with in kovaaks. Train on the fastest sens on scenarios where a slower sens would be more forgiving, and vice versa, use your slowest sens on scenarios where using a faster sens would more forgiving.
You don't need to be stuck matching your kovaaks sens with ingame sense forever. It doesn't make sense especially for apex.

Someone here posted this back in Oct and it solved my stutters:
"if by apex feeling gross you mean performance wise, do a clean uninstall of your drivers with Display Driver Uninstaller, then use NVCleaninstall to revert your drivers back to 516.94. You can cut out a lot of the bloat that comes with nvidia stuff with nvcleaninstall. But this completely solved my performance issues, I was having a ton of stutters and random FPS drops. I'm basically stuck to my FPS cap now and have very solid frame times, so game plays smooth"

Pretty painless process. Maybe a tiny bit longer than the conventional way of uninstalling and reinstalling drivers since you need to get in windows safe mode
The guy who posted it stressed that version 516.94 is the most stable nvidia driver for apex, however that was 4 months ago. I am still using it and have no issues.
