If you're met with any type of resistance at all you're fried. on the way up, or when you get there due to the time it takes to bring your weapon back out.
It also hinders the ability to do certain movement tech. Bhopping wall bounces ect. Take more precise timings. All Iin all compared to a horizon passiv it doesnt hold up,horizons enhances those techs and takes momentum into every movement with little trade offs

I already know about the trade offs, but bear in mind that other legends literally have to climb or do a fucking lap around a building to do what you did in a split second.
