think octane pad is the only exception

the reason tapstrafing is a thing is because theres a grace period where WASD will get you to move in the direction you tapped

that period is .5s

tapstrafing is just binding W to scrollwheel

essentially spamming W

and if youre turning while spamming W you start going in that direction

I'd just say to use arm in conjunction with your wrist. Unless your sens is low enough you probably don't want to entirely isolate wrist for tracking unless it's a weak area you want to work on.
