for aim, just practise daily, I believe this server has apex task list for aimlab/kvk, for mechanics of the game and your strategy, either watch some analyse videos of higher rank matches(they will explain why they made such decisions under what circumstances), or look for a friend of yours who is higher rank and has better game strategy(not those who are higher rank but their advantage is better aim)

easy example is the new champion, her Q and ultimate are loud and have multiple new sound effects. That's 3 new sounds that are playing during a fight with one, which means there's 3 new sounds to cutoff footsteps

There's more controller players than ever, and Seer is meta, and in the meantime there haven't been any qol improvements in multiple seasons. Ranked matchmaking is basically non-functional, as well, once you're in diamond you just get sent by 3 stack professional players. that's actually easy - seperate raw input and aim assist lobbies. Enable full MNK support for consoles, support gyroscopic controller, and then seperate the lobbies just based on whether or not the user has raw input enabled.
So you could get raw input MNK, Controller, or gyroscopic controllers in one lobby, and in the other you have the little bitch controller players with their aim assist enabled. And can set it to 0.4 for everyone

the only viable solution is to separate raw input and aim assist lobbies. There is simply nothing else that can work, the two inputs cannot ever be balanced in a way that works from both a gameplay and a business perspective, it's just impossible.
Every other solution or idea has huge negative impacts for everyone in the playerbase or the business as a whole(which will always take priority)
