counter strafe while smoothly tracking, you can get recoil smoothing up to like 100m if you're octane, though it depends on your weapon. Otherwise, learn recoil patterns or jitter aim(don't actually jitter aim if you like your wrists).
It's also easier to do with a scope

-high sets it to high priority for CPU, which can boost performance in some cases, cl_showpos 1 gives you your position and velocity, useful for vod review. fps max is self explanatory, 0 is uncapped. I cap with RTSS, I was having frametime issues with ingame cap. -xaudio2 forces stereo, some drivers can cause the game to try and do surround sound when you don't want that

yea, I need specific examples, though. The ones I could think of most are the PK cocking animation and when a newcastle ults near you
eh, I could explain it but it's not really worth it. Basically you're getting a lot now because the algorithm thinks you belong higher than your current displayed rank so it's forcing you up
once your visible rank and mmr match up, you are basically stuck there unless you start dramatically increase your performance. Even if you have like a 90% win rate you won't go up much and will lose it all in 1-2 losses.

The exact formula for calculating mmr is unknown, at least to me. But I do know that the algorithm plays dirty trying to force a 50% win rate and will stack the teams horribly against you if you aren't 3 stacking
So if youre like, a masters, you'll get 2x brand new players on your team then get placed vs 3 diamonds

The aimpunch is intentional, I find it annoying too but there's no shot they reduce it. You are supposed to be vulnerable when your shields are down. I agree with the shield level up animation though

When you ask yourself this question think of your strong and weak points.
If you're always dying ask yourself this, what happened that lead to this.
We're you not looking? Did you play the terrain or were you in the open. Did you have player disadvantage (2v1). Ect.
Once you figure out your weak points, start looking into why they are. And adjust.
For example
Your long range is good but your close range isn't.
Firing range strafe tracking shooting the dummies from various angles and distances is not a bad place to start.
Use all kinds of weapons not just one or two.
It's not an ideal scenario since the dummies don't mirror / have random strafe patterns. But again, it's a start.
Spend some time in the range before queueing into pubs.
