I'd say since you're practicing in Kovaaks, ideally you'd want to minimize mirror because anti mirror will challenge you more. That said, it's still good to become accustomed to how aiming feels regardless of movement.

So as long as you're being mindful of your strafes and the bot,. that's most important.

Ash is actually a really good legend for getting a feel about rotations because you see a continued heat map in ranked. You know where fights take place and you put that together with the knowledge of who landed around your drop to come to what may be the best route. The rest comes down to map knowledge and understanding what choke points will hinder you if you end up being gatekept.
