you need to find a combo, it's hard to play PK only in close range especially in open fields
so either break the shield with an AR and switch to PK to finish or vice versa
in buildings (ie spots where you can have a quick cover and dodge a lot of shots) PK is powerful since you can deal a single shot for 90+ dmg and take a quick cover to dodge enemys auto weapons

i realise that i was so good on my shit pc with pk and wingman then i bought a whole new pc next gen etccc game run with 250+ fps but i was sucking hard with pk wingman but riffle or smg i was so much better then i realise i had weird input lag when i try play apex on my old pc just to see the difference (on my old pc the mouse movement was so smooth and i was feeling it) so to avoid input lag I know use timer resolution + process lasso + nvidia reflex on (not on + boost) and it feel way better
still not as good as my shit pc but at least i can see something in the game

its a bitsum project will allow u to easily optimize your cpu gpu ram usage also unlock the bitsum performance without being an advanced pc user
on my shit pc they were noway i play apex if i dont have process lasso
if you know "park control" its a bitsum project

you can easily setup rule for each process etc
without required you to manually go in regedit
you have also option like probalance will automatically change the cpu priority if needed

r5apex on origin at least doesnt allow u to change anything while the process is open but if process is closed u can do everything then when u start it it use your rules etc
for example if you have a decent cpu you can allow apex to use only half of the core will reduce a lil bit input lag (i mean i feel like its maybe a placebo)

i honestly think it was a wall bounce and he landed right on the very edge of the box he landed on, and was holding crouch so it did that fast slide you get when you slide just on the edge of something
i coulda be cappin hard tho, but thats what i think because i slowed it down and i see him wall bounce then tap strafe to the left (his left) and he hits the edge of the box while like barely being ontop of it, giving him that velocity boost you get when sliding off the edge of something. idk. fucks me
