I think the main thing with switching is to try to maintain the same tension you use for say controlsphere and raw control but do a fast initial flick to land on target. The flick shouldn't be done too aggressively but rather lightly, that way by the time you land you dont have much tension leftover. So think, of a fast flicking motion but only at the very start and then immediately let go of all tension which causes a very soft landing. For me doing this helped a lot in switching.
Basically in very dumbed down terms try to not grip mouse too hard when doing switching

the main gimmick is that you can literally turn yourself into a paper form which well, gives you a paper sized hitbox
you cannot shoot while in paper form but you get 30-40% ish dmg reduction (depending on upgrades i forgot the exact numbers)
and while in paper you can glide in the air/stick into walls

there are a few glaring issues, ordered from ones you should work on most to least for Strinova, in terms of how much in-game improvement you'll get from it:
- lack of fight isolation / taking fights where you do not have an advantage
- you shouldn't push like that right in front of 5 people because they can simply beam you. A smarter play as defending is to always work with your teammate to beam people together, while working around cover and enemy attention to ensure you only take on gunfire from at most one person at a time.
- the smoke-scan you use is not an advantage because the opposing team has 2 scanners (Lawine and Kanami), both of which have more powerful scans than you (their scans reveal the enemis to teammates as well, unlike Fuchsia's). If you wanna smoke-scan, make sure the enemy scans are unavailable, like being on cooldown
- usage of fire modes (HipFire/ShoulderFire/ADS) at appropriate ranges
- sometimes when you ADS at too close a range, during the animation you lose track of the target's position due to the scope and gun obscuring the enemy. This is normal, and can be easily fixed by using HipFire/ShoulderFire at these ranges. On top of that, HipFire/ShoulderFire have extra leniencies regarding shooting so you have a higher chance of hitting targets at closer ranges as compared to ADS
- for fuchsia especially, her gun spread is terrible so jump-shooting has wide spread. Try to shoulder-fire while strafing on the ground for her.
- lack of abusing left-side-cover peeks
- in this game, because the 3rd-person camera is on the right, you have an advantage against enemies who are using that same cover and peeking you with a right-side-cover, because you can see the enemy earlier, start shooting earlier and also be able to have more shooting leniency in terms of exposed hurtbox size
- aim
- it does not seem like on-the-fly adjustment is easy for you, perhaps you are too tense! Use minimal tension required for a movement to get more control.

So as I saw in one of the video in the channel you recommend, it mentioned I shouldn't put weight on jump shooting at all until I'm able to shoot precisely while in ground for all agents, so it seems like I should focus on my passive aiming rather than aggressive??
Amd regarding the tension, I've tried to play with mininal tension, but for some reason I miss all my shots and eventually have to apply pressure and tension on my arms, for that I train on aimlabs but then again when playing a match I go on autopilot...
Is this something only I can improve by more practicing and forcing myself to not go autopilot??

about jump-shooting, it's terribly inefficient to learn all characters before you do it, so just practice in range on targets at all ranges (point-blank to 50m), and targets jumping/gliding over you, while jumping over targets, and even while colliding with them while jumping.
about autopilot, yeah that's the only way I know. Train in range, TDM/escort then in-game. Have a focused session to work on it, acknowledging that while you work on it some of your attention is diverted so it's normal to do worse in other areas such as situational awareness.
for tension it's not no tension, but minimal to reduce fatigue. Enough to hit your shots!

Have fun with the game and enjoy it bro, I think that's the most important part. Choose whatever character you fancy. Some people choose based on looks, or lore even.
Ming and Audrey are characters that have kits that allow you to deal more damage than usual; Ming does extra damage to armor, while Audrey has a regenerating gunshield that will allow you to peek anyone more often, including 1-headshot-1-kill snipers.

Maybe you lack in-game training, recoil learn. Try spam the Gunslinger showdown, Team deathmatch or use F2 in Training ground to set up bot movement and practice

If someone is having a hard time seeing consistency in their aim duels, then it's most likely a situation where they are getting into unfavorable positions or awkward spots. The weapons are easy enough that if you see someone in the open, you should comfortably be able to beam people.
Knowledge of aim comp also is a solution for some situations.
Truly "Easy" situations shouldn't be running into situations where the person finds themselves in a inconstant state. But I dunno the whole situation

i been in the ingame range the recoil on flavia and that sand girl isnt even that hard to control and by inconstientcy i suurally mean like ill have the most free kill and sometimes ill whiff all my shots even tho that kill was basically a freekill which then gets me killed at the end tho idk why like its mroe of a aim issue then a unfavorable position as if i was in a unfavorable position i woudent have that chance of a free kill tho im not sure what part of my aim is lacking

Most of the time I deal damage to the point that the opponent would be low health but not enough to secure a kill

in terms of just raw aim you seems to be overreacting to strafes + sometimes predicting strafes wrong
another aim category that's often recommended for strinova is controltracking for this reason, characters don't have insane acceleration so speed reading is really good here
