ON CONTROLLER!! They even say that they don't aim train. Just constantly fight people but doing that won't make u a god
I tried to do the fast sens, it's too fast for me to keep up. I'm on the duelsense edge too, so I use precise +3 on my right stick to have a linear/expo feeling.
my main downside is the shotgun shots... but also stick control I guess, how do I improve stick control... I have control freeks ... I have precision rings (that I don't use anymore)

Honest opinion the skill cap for aiming on controller is infinitely lower than kbm(can still be good just lower than peak mouse control) you can only improve ur aim so much on controller plus other factors play on it like aim assist per gun and what not. If you want to genuinely improve u have to focus on other things by the looks ur a zero build player so for you positioning would be the biggest factor that can make fights far easier to win if u master
