if you're serious about developing your aim and getting good, you should learn to use multiple sensitivities. certain training scenarios are more effective on higher sensitivities and others on lower sensitivities.

This extends to games, too. Counter-Strike lends itself well to low sensitivities (micro-adjustments, low ttk and emphasis on flicks), while Apex lends itself more to high sensitivities (longer ttk, emphasis on tracking and target switching)

Experiment! The idea that you should only use one sensitivity is out-dated and rather inaccurate. :)

My new mission is to beat all of these scores for the purpose of my scores not showing 80 fov Quake. It was brought to my attention that I was "cheating" due to using such low fov and I would like to apologize to those who care about that.

I was just playing on an fov I thought was the fov I play on in a game I play on called Krunker.io (80fov), and I never bothered checking. Just kovaaksing for improvement, and it has shown already. I changed my fgov in kovaaks to 110 overwatch (honestly doesn't feel like a big difference).
