I dont like lethal. Yes it has a "simular" effect to corrupt, but people spawn and INSTANTLY can get on gens. even if you instantly send it cross mao, on some maps that ends up in 20% on a stack gen and 10% on another. And if people take chase out of that area theyll continue to work on those. It doesnt offer defense.

Corrupt makes that scenario impossible and also makes it possible for people to stack up on rotations making multiple tags or a snowball possible. It also defends a 3 gen for late game.

Yes they can get on unblocked gens, but they will take around 20s at least for that. In those 20s you can already have your first chase. The idea behind corrupt is that you delay early progress in order to have chase time for free. Because if you can chase while no one is on gens, thats free pressure. And since people HAVE to move away from spawn, they MAY run into each other, giving you even more value.

You can win most games without corrupt, but it is just so good in what it does and allows for insane snowballs and gives you a controlled start. Thats why i suggest you run Corrupt, Eruption, Sloppy and dragons grip. It covers all bases on spirit. Yes you dont have aura, but you shouldnt run aura in my opinion to begin with since it hinders your ability to develoup a deeper understanding for gamesense and gameplay. Sure youll struggle more and maybe lose more often. But once you do develoup the gamesense, itll be a universary skill you can take advantage of on all killers.

He's literally like spiderman, you can aim his tentacles to jump through half of the map, also you can aim them to put any(even healthy) survivors in deep wound and also he has like an enraged mode where he gets more jumps and becomes overall stronger. Also he can grab downed survivors from far away with his tentacles. He is very strong.(Also he can't f-ing shut up in the menu)

You know where at least 2 people are at all times and even so a few seconds of them not knowing you're coming helps alot especially with killers that you need to distance yourself from like myers or chucky

Objectively speaking, Freddy is most likely, quite definitely and undoubtedly stronger to some extent

Avoid infection as much as possible (even if the auto targeting is just much). If she ever tilt her head, she’s probably trying to bounce blood off a wall, so immediately run to another loop using sprint burst, as she isn’t looking directly at you. When she is in her head form and even normal form, play around pallets and windows as she can no longer infect and swing immediately. (Head mode vault isn’t as fast as you think, you have time to run around a wall.) she can still hit you over pallets tho, but you can abuse elevation. You can crouch tech her if she’s higher up than you. Also play for pallet stun when she’s in headlong flight.

How do I make using mouse feel better? It feels like I'm on ice or that I'm using a controller still, its very clunky even at max sensitivity. The best way I can try to describe it is as if I'm on a grid and I can only look at those specific points on the grid. Its a bit complicated. You need to put you graphics on medium and set 91 FOV. Then in game you should look at gen's aura. If you go far enough then gen's aura became less detailed. This will be the spot for orbital. After that you need to look directly at the spot near gen where can be survivor. And move your camera straight up. And just click M2 to sent orbital. Don't hold it and don't use addons for faster charge speed or flight speed

Repair diagnostic and slurry are super common so you'll basically never run out. Personally I think plant fibers is super weak because you'll often be able to just hit people anyway with a lunge when they try to stun, and if you somehow don't, they usually won't reach something anyway no matter the addons

@prime tendon unfortunately the only way to get better is by playing but don't go into a match assuming you're going to get multiple kills it's a lot about knowing what chases to take or when to drop a chase. You need to be listening constantly especially for injured survivors cuz they could be hiding. It just takes time to get a lot of the skills down and it can feel like you're never going to win but at some point you'll get better or maybe you'll get easy survivors who knows lol

Normal DBD characters that arent licensed can be obtained with the game's currency which you get from increasing your player level, but you also have the option to buy them with auric cells (the premium currency) or by getting the chapter dlc itself.

Licensed characters always cost the premium currency only in addition to you being able to buy the chapter dlc itself.

One of the main differences between buying the chapter dlc and using currency is sales. Chapter dlcs will sometimes go on sale randomly (on Steam at least). Auric cell sales generally only happen durring the three different 1 month long special events throughout the year, but always happen and the sale is across the board for all characters.

Buying the chapter dlc itself also usually comes with some cosmetic stuff including a unique banner and profile icon. Also if the chapter has a both survivors and killers, then buying the chapter dlc gets you all/both of them rather than you getting them seperately with auric cells.

Idk about a genuine good build, I just run aura perks on ghosty and wrait, but they can both be good if you can figure out how to play them well, doctor build would prolly just be the hard skill check build

Does machine learning stack with that springtrap perk that also compromises generators? Or can I only inflict one of them at a time per gen? Like I have to kick and compromise 2 gens or kick one and both effects go to that gen?

Ghostface can struggle a lot depending on the map since his entire schtick is stealth, and some particular maps lend very poorly to that. Doesn't make him bad though.

Doctor is weird. He gets exponentially more difficult due to him absolutely desimating lower skill level players. He also gets countered entirely by the perk Calm Spirit but its rare seeing people run it. Regardless hes generally just an alright killer, nothing crazy but also not terrible.

Wraith is weird. He's absolutely terrible at higher levels unless you really know what you are doing, like with how to make his cloaking durring chase and stuff

RAAAAAAAAAH FREDDY. Alr so Freddy is the master of dragging the game on forever, he kinda sucks in prolonged chases and strong tiles, so play a hit and run type play style with heavy Gen slowdown. Run bam too. Also keep in mind that pallets can be used to zone survivors, and that they can injure. Learn good pallet placement and how to use snare.
Good perks for Freddy are BBQ, jagged, floods, dead man's, deadlock, and really any slowdown perk. He's super fun once you learn him

Another funny tip you can do, if your aware of where people are working on gens and you have dead man's you can fake a teleport to kick them off Gen for 40 seconds and continue chase if you need to. Really funny and useful. Your welcome random

weaknesses:obvious and loud tp, long tp timer, very noticeable power and also he is an m1 only killer

strength: decent chase power, map mobility, slight survivor slowdown, perks. easy to use power

extra: when u load in as him ur game looks different, try to shutdown as much as the area as u can with dream pallets, they do damage if the survivor is slept and as i know it he's not one of the unnoticed killers that stay bugged

I can't offer any actual advice cause I don't play him but generally his schtick is that he progressively makes survivors more and more sleepy until they enter a microsleep and are put into the dream world where freddy can absolutely terrorize them and can teleport to them at will. He can also teleport to any generator at will. Survivors get sleepier fast if you damage them or hit them with his ranged attack, which goes through walls and does damage instead of the survivor is asleep. He is also invisible to survivors outside of a 32 meter radius, blicks in and out of visually when they are within 16-32.

Basically, he can be all over the map and harass any survivors that struggle to keep track of him and avoid his pressence.

He has his limitations. The teleport slows him down a lot for a few seconds so survivors have some leway to try and get away. Survivors can also wake up either by having another survivor do it, finding an alarm clock placed around the map, or missing a skill check.

He's generally regarded as a fairly balanced killer. He's not too incredibly power but he isn't bad either.

I forgot about dream pallets. Dream pallets are fake pallets he can make, and explode either significantly boosting sleep or damaging a survivor near by. Snares just slow the survivor down.

He’s somewhat gimmicky and his sleep is easy to get rid of. Rn honestly I’d say he’s incredibly underrated and decently strong but from what I’ve heard his balance is temperamental and wildly shifts from awful to really good to pretty good depending on bhvr’s mood that patch

But I also doubt he’s gonna get anything substantial for a while outside of maybe like number changes

The only other thing I’d note about Freddy is that he’s somewhat finicky and not the most intuitive at first compared to some other killers, his dream pallets can stun him if survivors drop them on him and they need to be passively detonated for optimal use which at times you will lock onto the wrong pallet spawn location and detonate or place the wrong pallet in a loop

Also faking teleport on him puts your teleport on cooldown but can work to scare survivors off the gen and into you if you run stealth but it’s gimmicky to do

so i have a kind of gimmicky perk build i wanted to run by and get some feedback for xenomorph.

dragons grip, nowhere to hide, pop, and call of brine

the premise is kind of simple, when i go to kick a gen i check to see if theres anyone under nowhere to hide, if there is and theyre healthy i rush into a tunnel then wait a few seconds for them to touch the gen and then bop em with the exposed. if i dont then call of brine goes active letting me pretty much ignore the gen and be confident itll get some heavy regression and potentially inform me if a survivor starts working the gen.

im still getting the hang of xeno to an extent, and learned that my current trail of torment build kiiiind of shouldnt be working so this is what ive come up with as an alternative.

tbh the only reason i wanted to try it with xeno is the ease of the bait, if i had animatronic id probably do it with him instead though since he can just sit in his door and instantly go back

also ive been testing out call of brine a bit and i really think this perk is underrated, like on killers that have good information base kit it really acts as a fantastic accent, and its so hard to guess that its being used on the survivor side.

yeah on killers that have some form of information base kit where you dont need auras very much like xeno or singularity, gen notification perks work as a good alternative in my experience since they act more like an alarm going off informing you that you need to check a certain location.

It really depends on the killer for if it is a nightmare or not a big deal the changes have made Ghostface borderline unplayable for a lot of the game more than he was before

as for dredge, this might sound wierd, but i think the pallet density makes him stronger since the way to counter loop him is to leave the loop, so he has often no reason to break pallets

For me it’s basically exclusively just predropping pallets and holding w which I think is just the optimal way for survivors to play around these unsafe pallets which sucks

i mean...if they predrop and hold w that is just good for most killers.... it means they lose distance over all. (also if you happen to own bubba i highly recommend trying knock out, its way better than it reads on paper)
