Finding Hatch, unless you have specific Offerings or Perks to find it, is just running around and listening for it
It will always spawn on Ground Floors
It will never spawn in the Basement.
I usually check Killer Shack and Main Building first as there's offerings that make it spawn in those places

and this isn't a ranked game, you're going to die and it's not going to cost you anything
Just focus on doing objectives, learning what builds you like, learning how to loop, etc

If you find a tile, run around it
The main thing of chase is called "Looping" because half of it is just running around in circles
You keep looping until the killer gets close enough to hit you, you then do something to prevent that from happening
Either you stun them, or you fake them out and make them miss their attack, or you just dodge, you have tons of options
The game is not killer sided rn, if you're having trouble with Skull Merchant, it's not cause she's OP
You need to learn the game more, that's fine, just don't say the weakest killer in the game is OP

you'll get a feel for timing the stun before the swing connects.

Imo survivor has a bit higher of a learning curve at the very start, since you have to get the feel for how running works. Once it clicks though it gets smooth

Legion can already effectively instantly injure people the second a chase starts so it’s just being able to prevent yourself from entering Dying

And be aware you can leave someone on hook for a bit just to do gens if the Springtrap is camping

It’s frustrating because you can’t like even hide around things when they come either 😭 and if they keep chasing once they’ve injured unless you can loop for 5 mins you’re done, most survs cannot do that.

Only met one or two thatve been able to hold a loop that long and even they mess up

If you're doing Thanato, it pretty much only works on Legion and Plague

You are not suppose to be running a killer infinitely. This game is a 4v1, not a 1v1. If you are bad at chase, waste the killer time. Play the main. Run anti tunnel. Run windows. Don't loop at a generator your team is working on. If you know you are going down, go down at a pallet or corner.

Biggest issue i have with ruin is that it is a hex perk. The idea of the build is thana stacks on top of dying light and weeping wound, so survivors except obsession can get -40% on gen speed etc.

Legion is one of the few killers that has an add-on that scales pretty well into endgame , and then just running some of endgame build perks like Noed and the Ghoul perk that blocks pallets for like a full minute as well as the perk that blocks doors . The biggest issue with endfury imo is that legion just lacks the map pressure. You could be downing survivors in 30s, and they still be spamming gens faster than you could ever down them. And you cannot afford to run slowdowns, since you are a glorified m1 killer and need chase perks.

There’s a turn cap on Slice and Dice, after a certain point you can’t turn your camera in one direction.

The most effective way to get around that is by positioning your camera preemptively in such a way where you don’t need to turn as much so when you finally initiate the dash you’re more likely to hit survivor

It's complicated. Certain powers are just inherently harder to make viable than other, but you still need that core power idea, because there's still a community that liked that playstyle, so they get stuck in limbo.

I think both sides should be equal ish. The 60% killrate reflects the capacity for the killer to almost always secure a 1k and to snowball winning games. Atm I'd say the game is 5050 winrate approx

After the free hit, the survivor will know it's in play. They're given plenty of warning after this initial encounter that it's a bad idea.

People aren't shown that BBQ in chili is in play, but they still hop in lockers to avoid it just in case. You adapt to it mid game, just like killers do with different looping styles with different survivor players.
