and let me tell you stacking scourge hook perks is usually pretty useless, they don't give too much value (besides pain res) and the only time they do is when you actually hook a survivor on a scourge hook

looking up and down stops people from torching you while carrying, but if you mean picking up as well then you could also run like infectious fright or forever intwined, but generally it can be avoided by just developing a sense of when people want to go for torches and just slugging if they do

perks won't compensate for you being a newbie, unless we are talking some specific scenarios like lightborn. you should use whatever crutches you feel you need, as long as you feel like you can't outplay survivors in said scenario

if you want a "better" Lightborn, I recommend forever entwined. it increases pick up and hooking speed, basically making flashlight saves impossible if you aren't picking up someone in front of the survivor

I found him be insanely easy I didn't say his perks were good lol Nemesis are alright. Being able auto vault windows/ledges + race across map fast af makes him a really flexable m1 killer then is just slamming people against walls or tossing them. Altogether Wesker is pretty decent and easy to learn because he is simple everything else is just learning basic killer gameplay

something else that is noteworthy is that shrine of secrets updates daily, and it is completely random, but there is always 1 licensed survivor and killer, and 1 regular survivor and killer perk

The only way to obtain perks without getting the characters they belong to is via Shrine of Secrets, which gives you option to buy random 2 killer and 2 survivors perks using iridescent shards and it resets weekly.

Overall it’s a horrible system that you SHOULD NOT rely on to get the perks you want.

It's meant to allow me to sneak up on people on gens while disorienting them. I use All Seeing Spirit to know which gen needs to be watched as well as Bone Clapper to make Survivors paranoid. I run Machine Learning to gain haste and undetectable, as will as Trail for stealth too. Basically no matter what Im undetectable.

all seeing spirit is a good addon, bone clapper is alright, but machine learning honestly isn't a good perk you're letting them finish a generator for a little speed that comes with your kit and also undetectable that comes with your kit. trail is a really bad perk in my opnion and again your kit has undetectable, floods of rage is alright if you have trouble finding survivors? jagged compass reveals generators with the most progress apparently, your addon already lets you know this by the redness of every generators aura while cloaked. your main problem is your perks are mediocre at best for wraith and overlap your kit/addons itself that give you barely any help

The thing is that’s temporary and goes away as he levels up, and even at tier 3 he isn’t the strongest in the world and by the time you get to tier 3 you have lost quite a lot of time, you can still get a lot done with him but he’s rough vs good players often

T1 stealth sounds good, but unfortunately with reduced speed and gimped lunge range it's worse than many other stealth killer powers and generally just an hindrance to get past to get to your "normal" stats

yeah the game is a lot brighter than when it came out and a lot of maps are really bad for hiding traps, and over time killers that rely on just walking at people and basic attacking them are struggling a lot more as people learned the loops and have better perks to deal with it

remember that heavy panting WILL give you hits that won’t normally connect, due to the increased lunge. i’d focus on making sure your blinks actually connect so you won’t rely on it TOO much :DD

a good nurse WILL hit you every time she has blink up and ur in range, you can do some mindgames and stuff to try to stop her but technically she can just hit you whenever she wants

A very bad tldr would be survivor: escape =win dead =losss, hatch =draw. Killer: 1k =loss, 2k= draw 3-4k = win. There is a mmr soft cap which if youre under will match you with "newer" players, if youre above it will match you with "better" players

safe pallete is one that if not broken, survivors can vault over infinitely and you have no way of catching them, for example shack pallet. Unsafe is the opposite, like those pallets that have nothing but a rock on either side, you're guaranteed to hit them if they vault there

I was playing Springtrap earlier today, and got told after the match to Kms and to get good for tunnelling? The people seemed very salty and adamant that I was just bad, but their plays were questionable, such as unhooking another survivor with me nearby. This occurred several times, and 9/10 time, I would end up finding the unhooked survivor, as they would always be running, whilst the one that unhooked (I assume) was hiding. So when it came to the final 2 people, naturally I chased one or the other, as there were still 2 gens left so escape was unlikely. Am I really the problem, am I really tunnelling? I'm still pretty new, having had the game about a month but I'm not sure.

You'll hear some people reference 500 messages, though there is no set amount of messages you need to say in the server. As long as you're active and chat in it you'll get the role eventually (and automatically)

Empathetic Connection might be useful in healing builds or even just while running with Botany Knowledge 🙂

Might also be useful if you're going for the saves, but you're a solo q player. Empathetic Connection will show your aura to the chased survivor, so he might die on pallet or just not near the wall. But that only works on higher MMR and mostly depends on how good your solo q teammates are.
