It will only show up after pressing ready now (and only begin counting down then and will only count down while you are in game) there is no penalty for 1 DC anymore hence no 60 second ban, you will get a penalty at your second DC and it's 5 mins as usual

That's just using Distortion and being stealthy if you never wanna be seen. A more event centered build however would be Chemical Trap (to counter remote breaking pallets), Power Struggle and Flip Flop (so you can stun the killer with a pallet after they pick you up on one, works best with party pallets)

Adrenaline is good for gen rushing since you can be aggressive on the last generator and not have to worry about healing, but healing in general is sooo strong right now and Adrenaline is going to activate at most once during an entire match. It doesn’t work if you’re on the hook or healthy or if you don’t make it to endgame and this leads to it activating in a minority of matches (especially for beginners, who are less likely to make it to endgame while injured - if you’re weak in chase it’s very likely that in endgame you’re either going to be dead, on hook or healthy because you haven’t been chased all game). Perks like Lithe give beginners more slack in chase, and will consistently get value every single game (unless you’re not chased, in which case adrenaline won’t activate either)

If you want perks that are good in chase, Lara is good. Feng, Nic Cage, Meg, and Jonah all have good exhaustions as well that make you go fast. Gabriel Soma has a perk to show you the killer's aura called Troubleshooter

Or get Gabriel Soma for Troubleshooter

Thrilling Tremors, Nowhere to Hide, Call to Brine, Hysteria. The issue with Chucky is map pressure Thrilling helps figure out where people are. Nowhere to Hide is to locate people near gens (not needed but I like it for him best on maps with 2 floors)
Call to Brine is just to reduce gen speed but, with Nowhere to Hide is good if got a good map loop. Hysteria is just to be able close distance on survivors and is generally my toss perk I swap for others

yea when you still have very limited perks its quite hard, the best thing would probably getting a SWF so you can communicate with other players (eg. taking protection hits, bodyblocking, someone using shoulder the burden to trade hook states etc.)

i bought the auric cells pack like 3 hours ago. then i went out and when im back it quit dbd and said that the connection is timed out. and then i closed it and tried to launch it but steam said that it wasnt synced and might lose it. will i still lose it? because i havent bought the auric cell like 2 months ago. it was just 3 hours ago. is that because the servers are down?
