DBD is basically a time efficency game
The survivors need to repair 5 generators to escape
The killer needs to kill them before they do that
Survivors have 3 states of HP (healthy/injured/downed). A basic attack will -1 from this until they are downed.
When they are down, the killer picks them up and puts them on a hook. If they are hooked 3 times they die and can't play anymore.
Teammates have to get you off the hook for you to continue playing.

I would recommend maybe tryna find a SNG 1v1 on youtube or something to see how 1v1 players loop him

Theres no addon that gives you more balls but there is an addon that infects any player that completes a generator, and if you time a ball with a gen popping survivor, you can technically damage a survivor with one ball

From my experience playing him, he is very fun and he is quite difficult in relation to other killers. His power can have somewhat random bounces off of certain walls and terrain sometimes, his clone power can be conutered on a loop if you just run away from the loop, he is EXTREMELY weak to pallet saves.

In general, I would say he is not that hard to pick up but if you go against a good team you really need to play well or you will get ran. As I mentioned, the hardest part about him is if you have someone weakened (your power is on them), and you miss M2, they will almost always remove it, so then you need to hit 2 times in a row again. 1/2 misses in a game can absolutely cook you but if you get good at his shots he is insanely fun and rewarding to play

Nowadays, yes. Perks go from yellow, to green, to purple. Back in the day, Ultra Rare perks did exist, but if you see any now it's because of an icon pack that changes the way perk icons look.

Depends on what the thing that gave them endurance was. There's a medkit addon that gives them it for a while, there's Dead Hard which is a timed animation that gives endurance if you get hit during it, there's endurance when survivors get unhooked initially

The blood moon event in general is harder for killers because blood generators ruin a lot of perk builds and killer powers, but other than that it depends on the survivors you get. Sometimes I get really great and coordinated survivors on the enemy team, sometimes I get something a bit less than that

switch out sloppy for spirit fury, you could also switch out brutal for enduring, enduring is nice since you dont have to respect pallets which some survs will expect you to do, letting you get free hits. With spirit fury charged up, when you get stunned enduring reduces it and you should always get a hit this way, this is pretty powerful since your power always leaves them injured so free hits are very valuable

Yeah. It also has superior range than SC. Just have your camera at angle where you expect killer to come from and focus on skillchecks. When you hear sound it means killer is close.

Because it’s very hard to activate them together. One activated from breaking something and the other activates from vaulting a window.

And that’s not even taking into account the fact they are not easy to proc individually, that being you have to be chasing the obsession AND hit them AND manage to vault within a 30 seconds window AND break a pallet while you have haste from Game Afoot (or vice versa)

If you somehow get to obtain haste from both? Great, you’re moving 10% faster for a few seconds. But the effort that is put into achieving this far exceeds any profit
