Whenever I actually play survivor vs a wraith, they just rush right at you, press against you, and uncloak for the hit. Unless you run to a pallet or a window, in which case they will either body block, or start uncloaking. If they finish and you haven't done something, you get hit. If you do something, they stop the uncloak, chew through the pallet and then press against you to uncloak again. No points for survivor, nothing to be done except go down.
