Didn't we kinda vote on her perks already? She's a Devine Investigator, who uses knowledge and boldness. So the perk's will probably revolve around staying close to the killer while not being seen, seeing the killers aura or finding totems and perhaps one boon perk.

Killer perks ought to be interesting. It makes me wonder how they will make Fear Radius benefit this killer. Its clearly a very control affluent creature. But there has to be more than the Ray of Retribution. It did destroy an entire planet after all.

Perks to use with it would be Thanatophobia being #1, probably.

But it's perks would probably heavily hex based for obvious reasons.

Here's a perk idea that I think would suit the Grimmy killer:

Hex: Guilt of Sin

Hex: Guilt of Sin lights a Hex totem at the start of the Trail, cursing Survivors with its Hex effects.

Whenever a survivor misses a healing or repairing skill check by any means, Hex: Guilt of Sin triggers its effect:

The survivor suffers from the exposed status effect. They also have their aura revealed to the killer for 4/5/6 seconds.

The exposed effect prolongs until the survivor hits a great skill check, or the Hex totem is cleansed.

If killers didn’t need gen slowdown/regression just to stop gens from popping every 30 seconds (slightly exaggerating here but you get it), they wouldn’t run it that much. If survivors didn’t need to run anti-tunnel perks to combat tunneling (which is usually done because it tends to be more efficient at getting kills compared to spreading hooks) they wouldn’t run it as much.

Instead of changing the game a bit to less incentivize one specific meta they just add new perks that fall into one of two categories: bandaid fixes that become the new meta, and perks that are fun but useless due to the meta.

like when I’m playing killer I’d love to do more silly builds or builds that are fun but generally speaking if I don’t use slowdowns or a chase build on a high tier killer gens just go past like crazy. Can’t commit to a chase more than 20 seconds or else I’ll lose a gen by the time I get them hooked and start to patrol the gens

Tbh in most of my 8k we don't do great at the start then body them in the latter half because they did all the gens on one side and have now made it so much worse for themselves

downing survs in the beginning just puts them on the other side of the map, where there are gens that won't shove them into nasty configs at the end

see the issue with that is I feel like that if they do “special moris” too much it’s gonna become a requirement and it does subtly counter Sabotage Squads so killers like trapper and Ghostie who already struggle would have to waste time carrying them to a hook while the newer killers just do a 2 second mori and then go back to what they were doing
