The thing about pig is that there are like 100 playstyles for her but ill try. For add ons id go with rule set no2 and workshop grease(or the purple crate of gears one i think it was called) since theyre the best all around.
For perks id go with Pain Res, Dms, and either Pentimento Plaything or Bamboozle and Zanshin Tactics. Pentimento Plaything is strong because of the extra pressure but good players wont rlly cleanse it since pig is alr undetectable bk, Bam and Zanshin are pretty random and its mostly my personal preference but its to have an easier time when looping

Had Chucky as a killer, 4 zombie Nemesis, new survivor class where you can use flashbangs and start with a flashlight, immensely buffed Brute class, and horribly nerfed Fearmonger were the big changes I remember.
