For example I created an SCP that is basically just a 50s/60s SCP. But it holds souls, and there is a -2 (-1 is the controller) that can teleport out of the TV (it doesn't activilly crawl out of the TV like Sadako it just appears nearby) when the TV is on. It basically just looks like a tall and lanky faceless being that seems to be made out of pure static. -2 is responsible for pulling souls into the TV. The SCP is completely harmless when turned off.
