Sky Wesker isn’t the problem. The collision fix for him in the PTB helped Wesker get more consistent slams and throws without survivors sliding off objects or falling out of his grab. However, it had the byproduct of removing his old collision on solid objects and reducing the rate at which he can flick, which basically borderline removed his rebound tech, as well as insta-flicks. Since rebounding is the starting point for other techs, I’d say maybe half of Wesker’s techs are gone. (Including insta-flicks and Sky Wesker.)

Rebound tech and insta-flicks, though, are used way more often and are actually core to how a lot of Wesker mains play. hey rain im also a Wesker main and there is a good chance it wont go live with the way wesker is in the ptb. Many people asked about it during the dbd live stream and the devs answered in a way that to their knowledge it wasnt gonna effect anything with his rebounds and insta flicks. if the map is open, sure the trick blades wont work as well but youll be able to hit them directly

if the map is indoors and claustrophobic, the trick blades will work much better but youll struggle to hit them directly
