I don’t think you realise the hype around grealish this summer. I’ve big rated him all season, however the electricity in English pubs whenever the man came on the field was unmatched.
I think if he stays at Villa:

1. He gets a year older
2. Hype slightly dies

His move to city however, I don’t think is right. He wants to win a trophy which is clear (he’s left his boyhood club for less pay).
