Diamond Is where a lot of the unpassionate but average player base tend to reside If you don't fully find the love for the game but enjoy It as a past time after school / work etc. The best advice after over 5k hours of grinding this game (and failing school in the process) Is just to enjoy It, whether you get that from freeplay or competitive. So long as you as enjoy what you do, who cares.

As far as I'm aware you will have to downgrade your game in future as bakkesmod will no longer be updating with future RL updates for both epic and steam. This will make It incompatible If you don't decide to keep from updating your game with every official change which will eventually become tedious unless you only main FP. It's back In offline for this particular version, that's understandable. It's just a shame for everyone that benefited from using bakkes on PC throughout the years because the benefits are gone. I literally spent £1000+ moving from Xbox to PC years ago with RL as a main reason why, bakkesmod being the main factor. I'm definitely deeping It too much but for me personally I felt such a deep connection to this game that spending a lot of money on upgrading my setup from a sketchy console into a proper setup was worth It even It meant maining this game and failing my most important exams to date to just play. This game meant everything to me when I was 15-19, I wasted my whole A-level exams grinding ranked. I'm now 21, realise that was dumb asf, but still feel sad I spent so much effort and money on something that's now gone because certain people decided to abuse It using bots 😂 . It's comical and depressing.

RL has always been one of those games that you can hate for any reason apart from the fact that you'd never see cheaters. I remember when Shimmy broke this thought In 2020 when he was outed for faking replays. This was a gaming-wide scandal that had never been recognised In RL as It's always been appreciated as one of those games that you couldn't systematically change the way It's perceived (until that point ~2020). It wasn't until like 2022 when Tyrese made the rounds on TT for his impressive clips that that idea was broken. It's literally all gone downhill since then because that was the catalyst for popular TAS use, with him and other creators selling TAS for cash before the OG creator (forgot his name) starting selling It for free so they wouldn't grift from It - he was right for doing that, but only because he was forced into that corner. Now in 2026 none of us that even spent thousands on setups for this game In particular can see rewards for that because of bad actors that had to ruin It for everyone.
