You are making very big turns around the ball.
Try to make a more straight path.
U didn't mention anything but I assume you are trying to learn flip reset at a very low rank and this is a very big mistake.
if you get a small touch off the wall then jump with it and shoot it with your flip top corner, that would be much more powerful than flip reset and easier recoveries
