It’s a 5, good pinch but the second clip is just unnecessary, gg for getting the flip reset but it’s something that needs working on cos a reset like that won’t get you anything. You get the reset clearing the ball away from you and then land upside down so you’ll have to recover and return to defend. Practice catching that reset a lot earlier so you can get a better clear and recovery
