So 2 things are actually important. Refresh rate and fps.

FPS are the frames per second. More frames per second, means you have less input lag/delay, as there's more frames to react to in a second.

Refresh rate is important so that you can actually see the frames per second, if you're playing at 120fps, but your refresh rate is only 60Hz, then you'll only see 60 updates to the screen, meaning every update skips a frame.

A good visualisation for refresh rate is a moving train.

At 60Hz you look at the train windows of a passing train and each frame, the people inside the train look blurry

At 120Hz you can clearly see each persons face inna frame

The faster something goes, the more info you maintain at higher refresh rates and fps

So to summarise: higher refresh rates, and fps are a good way to reduce input lag/delays.

Check if you don't have free airrol assigned to the same button as boost, it cancels your airrol right when you hold it left

Yes hold air roll, fly around at slow speed and just try to move to the sides without touching the wall or ground. Try out different things and see how the car reacts when u do what. If its still to fast put the speed to 50%
