once your aerial control is more efficient, cause you usin a lot of air rolls for certain turns

then you can do resets, cause resets are harder when you're movement is restricted with more air roll turns

you probably want your first reset to be more under the ball so you can have more control for the second reset

if i went against u in 1s and u played fast i would do this

1. play slower then u on offense but defense i would go about ur speed
2. i tend be a bit more patience in game cause of bump plays bound to happen more (guessing of ur high rank it prone to happen more)
3. i play more aware of ur mistakes and use them to score on u

And that delay is what causes ghost touches

Now server can lag and increase the delay but that’s the more common cause
