This is how I learned to be consistent in game and it works super well

Like literally take any setup off the ground off either wall any angle and just try ur best to air dribble it or get a good touch

And then try and recover when u mess up and get to the ball again as fast as I can

U will feel way more confident to go for stuff in ranked
