Gold is very aerial these days so its a must learn

Hell im even learning the speed flip kick off, but i wont use it in matches until im 100% consistent with it

Besides in gold....it doesnt matter if you have really good game sense, chances of winning are 50/50 because you also rely in your team mate to score

And if they have really bad game sense, you have to work twice as haed to try score which almost always gets knockes away from the goal by your own team mate

@lunar hull to get out of gold all i did was play with my teamates instead of high rank people and adapt to my teamate instead of high rank people cus not everyone is gonna be the same skill level as gold. You are kinda right that gold is sometimes in the air but i recomend you stay on ground for gold because must likely they are gonna over hit it to you. You can also schedule a coaching time sit down with watch your replays and they point out what you need to fix but if you cant get a coach just go into replays and watch them see your mistakes. Focus on ground mechs instead of air mechs cus you dont need air mechs untill about c1. So yeah that should get you out of gold also use some regualur training packs to improve and warm up
