If you can cancel fast enough, the very last speed flip in that clip is a little more accurate to what you should be aiming for. It doesn't have to be perfectly flat, just the cancel needs to be held all the way through so the speed flip stays where its at.

Some find it easier to use directional air roll left/right, this is so that they only have to a front flip cancel (while holding directional air roll left/right) to make a speed flip. If you choose to do a speed flip with free air roll (the one by default) it is still possible but you'll need to do a diagonal flip cancel witch some people find harder to do.

Seems to be just a side flip... yeah diagonal flip (close to forward flip) then (if on controller) cancel it by holding down on joystick

you can also just forward flip while holding directional airroll (you need to bind that if you haven't, best to use lb and rb, again if on controller), but you still need to cancel

that one works, it just isn't optimal

then there's another additional step to make it even better but idk it lol

i think it's a slight tap of directional air roll the other direction

but idk

oh and also turn slightly the oppostie direction before flipping to correct the slight misdirection of the flip
