1. i would suggest just practise the movement on the ground, it doesnt look right at this point especially the start. 2. Try at first not to dribble it while doing it, let the ball bounce once and then jump with the ball i found that much easier at first, when u are more experienced its easier with the dribble. If u have time i can also go in a private match and explain ti to u
